There are many ways to start off project management that contains 5 main stages, which are: project initiation, planning, execution and control closure. When employees and departments are added to the system, project managers can start off the project by adding projects and sending sales quotes to the clients. After getting quotes approved, project managers are able to give tasks to employees and plan the sequence by Work Breakdown Structures in Gannt Chart tool.
